Rural Arisings offers a range of consultancy services to progress your project through design, consent and construction.  Our personnel are experienced in obtaining permissions and permits from the relevant statutory authorities, in particular:

 

-          Applications to the Environment Agency for Environmental Permits (Standard and Bespoke) and Waste Exemptions

-          Preparation of documents required for compliance with an Environmental Permit (i.e. Environmental Management Systems, Permit Surrender)

-          Planning Applications to Planning Authorities

-          Preparation of drawings, topographical surveys, investigations and records to facilitate the above.

Rural Arisings operates a fully compliant 'Health and Safety Policy and Code of Practice'. We conform to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all subsequent legislation.

The Health and Safety Manager, Tony Grogan, is a Health and Safety Professional, being a Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

Rural Arisings can offer health and safety advice to clients and act as CDM Co-ordinator and all other rolls under 'The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007' (CDM Regs).
