Richard Armfield is a highly experienced charted civil engineer with over 25 years experience in design, project engineering projects. He joined Bullen Consultants after graduating from Southampton University in 1982, and became a Divisional Director in 1998. In 2002 he co-founded Rural Arisings specialising in the design and construction of environmental projects and in particular the restoration of closed landfills. He is an experienced Project Manager with proven ability to progress multi-disciplinary engineering projects through all stages, from initial planning and feasibility studies to detailed design, construction and commissioning. His design and construction management experience includes river and maritime engineering works, contaminated land resolution, environmental enhancement, building structures, bridges, retailing structures, earthworks, foundations, railways and highways.
